3 Beauty Trends From Couture Week You Can Easily Copy

featured image Contrary to popular belief, runway makeup isn’t only for us to feast our eyes on. At Haute Couture Week, the beauty moments were just as inspiring as it was wearable in real life. There were over-the-top looks like Chanel‘s multi-colored unicorn-esque shadow, but there was also a new lash trend we can imagine pulling off on a regular day. Below, see the most wearable trends you need to try, stat.
1. Ultra-Spider Lashes

At Fendi’s flower power show, thick, fluttery lashes ruled the runway–proving that clumpy lashes are no problem. The rest of the face is kept clean and minimal, bringing full attention to the eyes. So go ahead, swipe as many coats of mascara as you wish–wiggling the wand from the roots to the ends of your lashes. Note: the messier, the better!

2. Graphic Lines

Gone are the days when a cat-eye only comes in black! At Valentino, the models sported a white graphic streak on the inner and outer corners of their eyes. If you’re wearing a vivid ensemble (think salmons and bright pinks) like Valentino’s latest Haute Couture, a pop of white will be a good contrast to your outfit.

3. Subtle Shine

As they say, less is more. Departing from the full-on glittery lids and lips trend, subtle touches of glitter on the inner corners of the eyes make a strong case of sultry elegance. Before leaving for a night out, a dash of sparkle is all you need to standout–this look on Bella Hadid is proof.
