Dolce & Gabbana Renames Dress To Honor Kate Middleton

kate Aside from being the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton happens to also be a style maven. Whenever the Duchess makes a public appearance, she never fails to look sophisticated in her classic, feminine ensembles (she’s definitely our style peg when we reach our 30s). And just recently, fashion house Dolce & Gabbana names a dress honoring Kate after she wore a customized version of it in Canada. But clearly, the fashion label liked Kate’s version and rereleased it–naming it as the Middleton Bow-Embellished Cady Midi Dress. The exact dress that the royal wore is now up for grabs at Net-a-Porter with a $2,675 price tag (that’s around 128k in Manila). It won’t be too soon until this dress gets sold out! This isn’t the first time when a high-fashion label honored the Duchess. Back in 2013, Italian brand Max Mara also renamed their cashmere coat after she wore it to a wedding.
