The MEGA Fashion Week designers gave us a taste of what’s to come for Spring/Summer 2018.
This season, we’ll witness a collection by Mark Bumgarner that highlights what we know him best for: red carpet-ready gowns that have a feminine and timeless appeal. However, he doesn’t stop there, Bumgarner translated his signature grand ball gowns into wearable separates.
Beauty-wise, cool stares dominate Mark Bumgarner‘s runway scene. The Filipino designer veers away from the expected pretty, romantic look. Instead, a streak of bold, graphic liners on the models’ lids provide a subtle edge to his whimsical creations.
The not-so-basic cateye is achieved using BYS Matte Liquid Liner and a card–yes, it’s the secret to those floating, sharp lines. The statement eye makeup calls for a clean and glowing face, care of BYS Hydrating Foundation Primer and BYS Contour and Highlighting Kit. If you think the edge stops there, think again. For the hair, the models’ ponytails feature braids that go from thin to thick, and it completed the overall tough girl look.
