1. Go on circuit training.
“Lately, I’m doing a lot of CrossFit. I try to do that everyday. It’s circuit training–constant varied movement with density. I do different workouts so it’s not always the same. Like in one year, I tried different workouts. It depends on the trainer”.
2. You can still eat your favorite meals.
“I actually eat everything. If you work out everyday, you already lose a lot of calories. But as much as possible, I try to eat healthy if I can. But for cheat days? I eat pizza, burgers, pasta, and anything really”.
3. Have regular fitness habits.
“I do jogging, gym, and football also, at least twice a week”.
