It isn’t just you. This summer we are feeling the intense summer heat as well. Heck, we might even be partially responsible for it.
Turning up the heat this season of sun is the man reigning supreme on the dance floor, The King of the Gil himself, Enrique Gil. Shot against a colorful background of spirited graffiti, Enrique is decked out in tropical-appropriate white. In The Dance of Enrique Gil, we get to know him and discover that this fun-loving and energetic young man still gets nervous — especially during his dance concerts. We watch with anticipation as he steps up his game and competes with the bigwigs of local show business.
As it is the summer after all, we give you the license to have fun with color. In Do Not Disturb: On Vacation, the MEGA Man team travels to sunny Baler and shoots an all-out colored editorial. We dare you to wear pink and head-to-toe tropical prints this season, but if the idea makes you turn red, then cool off and get to know the works of master tailor Avel Bacudio in an editorial entitled In Monochrome.
So what are you waiting for? Whether you’re hitting your favorite summer destination or exploring the urban jungle, we’ve got you covered for your every summer need. —Angelo Ramirez de Cartagena
