PARIS FASHION WEEK 2017 EXCLUSIVE: MAC Cosmetics’ Warm Beauty Trend

WARM-FEATURED-2
The Look

Makeup Artist: Lloyd Simmonds

The goal was to achieve Gisele Bundchen’s enviable golden perma tan. The look of former Dior designer Alexis Mabille was warm, feminine, delicate and never over done. Her face was sunned, the perfect middle between flushed and bronzed. Lloyd Simmonds began by refreshing the face with MAC Studio Moisture Cream. WARM-1 WARM-9                                                                                                                                            An even skin tone was created with Studio Water SPF 30 Foundation and set with Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Pressed Powder. To create a soft-bronzed effect on the skin, MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Perfectly Lit was swept over the face. A burst of gold was the punctuation mark to this look using Eye Kohl in Powersurge and Superslick Liquid Eye Liner in Pure Show on the water line and Cupid’s bow. Pair It With Colors of the rainbow and white. What Mabille had in mind for his SS17 collection was a girl who had an amazing summer. Her faced was golden after spending hours under the sun. She was traipsing back into this city with renewed energy and was wearing solid dresses in red, yellow and blue stripe details. Other looks included white t-shirt dressing which had Mabille’s colored stripes for cohesion.
