Print Fever: 3 Chic Prints and How We’re Wearing Them

I’m no creature of habit, but when it comes to the articles of clothing that build up a considerable populace in my wardrobe, I’d say I’m pretty set in my ways. Off the top of my head, I would say closet is 90% plain pieces. Don’t get me wrong; I don’t hate prints. In fact, I find quite a lot of them do fit in with my fashion sense (something I write off as eclectic, which is really just a disguise for my bipolar, mood-fueled taste). But at the risk of choosing a pattern too trendy to withstand seasons or being left to wonder how to style a pair of printed trousers on a hectic weekday morning, I’ve stuck to my guns. Plain it is, as it always has been. Despite myself, I’ll be honest: things haven’t been the same since the summer began. Recent window-shopping trips to my favorite retailers have left me second-guessing my commitment to spotless poplin tops and single-color bottoms. Am I giving into the pang of print fever? Perhaps. But I know one thing for sure: these 3 summery stunners are the culprits.
