1. Candice Swanepoel Leg Workout
Here’s a plié, tondues, and relevé workout to achieve ballerina legs like Candice Swanepoel. In this workout, you will work on those thighs and inside back of the leg. The trick here is, the deeper you bend, the harder it is for your legs and the more you will see the change in your body. Watch the video here.
2. Adriana Lima Arm Workout
This is like a boxing workout. Move your hands so it’s like an upper body cardio and stabilize your body for you to also use your core and your legs. Throw fast punches and make sure to rotate that fist and stretch your elbow. Pick up speed and just use your arm. See the video here.
3. Alessandra Ambrosio Leg Workout
This workout will really use the outer thigh to lift your leg up and your inner thigh to bring it back it in. The idea of this exercise according to trainer, Justin Gelband, is to really stretch through the outer and inner thigh and lengthen through the leg and as well as the stomach.
